From the SUP station, we paddle toward Tay Ho Temple, pass Tran Quoc Pagoda – the oldest Buddhist temple in Hanoi, then move alongside the lake and back to the starting point. We will start out in calm water, and our guide will follow you with strict guidance. At first you can knee down to keep balance, then stand up slowly, one foot at a time. Keep your head and shoulders steady and upright, and shift your weight by moving your hips. By that way, you can increase your stability, as well as enjoy picturesque sightseeing along the lake. 11:00: After paddling for 2-3 hours, our guide will lead you back to the SUP station. End of our services.
